Delivery

We normally dispatch your order same day subject to stock availability in certain cases this could be extended to 2 to 5 business days. In the unlikely event of this happening, we will update you either by telephone or email.

If you would like guaranteed Next Day Delivery this is charged at £5.50 and for timed or Saturday delivery, we charge £8.50.

All goods are dispatched using either courier service or Royal Mail. Most items will require a signature on delivery. Should no one be present to receive the items then a card will be left by the courier, and you should follow the instructions on the card. If a mobile telephone number is provided the carrier will usually update the status of your order via text message.

All goods must be checked on receipt and any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order this for you and advise you either by telephone or email.
